Sorry if this isn't where this should go. If it need to be move, tell me and I will do so.

Anyway, I finally got enough coins to get one of the store theme decks and I can't decide which I should get or if I should just save my coins for the triple booster pack bundle. Any suggestions are appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Do you have a Deck/Theme deck already?

If not, go with Resilient Life (Great basis for a Fairy deck)

If so, whats your deck?

I think Dark Hammer is possibly the best. It's one of the more speedy decks and a power house.

My personal favorite though is oceans core, It may have many cards that seem kinda useless but the ones that do matter are powerful. (They have a long build time though)

I checked and for some reason I seem to have a better record with the earth's pulse deck than I do with dark hammer. also, it appears I've got a very good record with burning winds.

it really just depends on what your opponent chooses.

many people choose mental might hoping the opponent chooses dark hammer, and a lot of those cards are weak to psychic. dark hammer is a good deck though. a lot of the theme decks have a lot of ****** in them that you just can't use for attack. not dark hammer. the strangest thing it has is scrafty's machine gun headbutt, and it's about the most hilarious attack in the deck.

A lot of the suggestion already given are very good. I truly enjoy Dark Hammer. For the TCGO, I made a copy and made a few adjustments mainly with trainer cards. For themed decks Dark Hammer has very fast build up and the Mienshao mechanic is extremely annoying for opponents.

Currently overall is dark hammer and honestly I don't believe its even close. Sure it can be beat u won't win all the time but most decks are filled with filler cards dark hammer pretty much has no filler cards

Why does Japan get awesome decks released, I've seen ones that have multiple EX's and great hooks, Kyurem EX / Blastoise deck pack, stuff like the Red Genesect Collection (which even by comparison included no EX cards) that actually have a somewhat correct trainer/energy/pokemon ratio, which as far as I know is the only english language 'theme deck' that wasn't designed to give you just enough cards to get you buying booster packs to fill in the holes and replace the truly awful pokemon with trainer cards. I guess the Battle Arena decks are the closest thing, it's just cruel that they changed the attacks on the Xerneas and Yveltal.

right, and you can't use those decks in theme deck mode...

when I got those for the kids I unlocked the codes and saw no theme decks it was I was new at the time and spent a lot of time playing theme decks.

Let me see... Playing with lots of games in theme deck mode, Dark Hammer is one of the most overused decks you'll find. Whatever theme deck you wish to buy, be prepared to face that one.

However, I find it rather fun to go against the grain, and have found a few great decks to deal with that one:

- Mental Might,: It has a type advantage against that deck. Also just a good deck overall to use.

- Burning Winds: There are lots of fighting-resistent cards there. Plus, should you test your luck, the Chanseys are quite fun to use at the start! This one tests your skills quite a lot.

- Enchanted Echo: If you pull off this deck correctly, with the quick hitting eeveelutions, you'll disrupt your opponent's strategies from developing as planned. Be careful that there isn't much HP in this deck's cards.

- Distruction Rush: The shadow circle removes the weakness problems to fighting types, and Yveltal has Fighting resistance. The filler cards are kind of useful, too, and there are good pivot pokemon to utilize.

Ones I've had trouble with:

- Brilliant Thunder: The problem with this one is it can't deal much damage at the start of play, and you'll have issues of the quick-starting fighting types overrunning it. The endgame strategies you can do with this one are really fun, though!

- Resiliant Life: This deck is awesome if you want to start up a standard mode fairy deck, as the cards in it are really powerful... But it lacks a lot of balance with too many fillers, and when that one powerful card, Aromatisse, is stuck in your prizes, it can really give you a tough time.

- Bolt Twister: This deck has trouble developing, as the energy costs of the cards are quite high. There's quite the risk to who to invest energy on for this deck - though Feralagatr can really deal out the damage, should you pull it off..

Hopefully my opinions help here...
