Game Stuck As A Black Screen

My pokemong tcg game was stating this, Could..... not preload global game manager #0 i=0. So i uninstalled it and reinstalled it and now it is stuck at a black screen. Can someone please help, as i just bought a furious fist booster box, and have a lot of codes i want to use.

I have the same problem, update the game and then at a black screen.

Hello,

 

The best way to resolve this issue is to completely uninstall TCGO, and then download the game again (try using a different browser this time), and install the game to a brand new directory. To ensure that ALL old files are removed from your system, please follow the instructions below:

 

 

  1. Go to the Programs and Features section your computer's Control Panel. Select the game and uninstall it.
  2. Go to the directory where the game was installed. The default directory is C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData.
  3. The game stores files in the LocalLow and Roaming folders. Go into the LocalLow folder and delete the "The Pok_mon Company International" folder. Go into the Roaming folder and delete the "Pokemon Trading Card Game Online" folder.
  4. Empty your Recycle Bin.

 

If this does not help, it would be a good idea to run a scan for viruses / malware, and run scandisk.

1 @PROF_JUBE thanks man this worked. My PTCGO is actually working. I am able to log in and get things perfectly. The only this is that now, i see cards that are blank and grey. I just redeemed my furious fists code cards and can not tell what i received. Please help me again!!!!!

Hey Pyro21,

 

Glad to hear that you can log in now!

 

Go to your collection -> cards and then switch the card view from carousel to the list with thumbnails view. Scroll around a bit and see if the cards start to load.

Thanks for the help, unfortunately they are still not lading in. Do you know of any other way? Thanks for all of the help.

Please log into your account again and see if you can see your cards now. Report back please. :)

 

If it's still the same, please go to your Settings -> Video and set to "Fastest".
