Where to request support for problems with my collection?

I tried to accept two Public Trade offers one after the other, and the second one went through, but the first one didn't. Now 3 of my packs that were requested in the first offer are permanently trade locked, and cannot be opened, either. I used the Ask a Question feature on Support, and they said they would 'forward it to a specialist'. It's been almost a month since then, and I've gotten no updates. All it would take is to delete the problematic packs from my collection, then refund me somehow to compensate for the complete loss of the packs, as well as for the time I wasted trying to have the problem corrected. Why is it taking so long? Is there another avenue I'm supposed to take for issues with my collection? Can a Moderator explain this to me in detail?

 

Also, I didn't know where to post this, so forgive me if it is in the wrong place.

The support portal is the correct place for account- and collection-related issues. I can assure you that all tickets are investigated in the most timely manner possible. If you still have not received a response, it wouldn't hurt to let the team know that you're still experiencing this issue by responding to the ticket.
