Redeem Code Problems

Hello everyone,

 

First off, i had to choose a prefix, so sorry about it being correct. I am relatively new to the trading card game, and recently bought a deck. When I redeemed the code online though, I didn't click claim reward, and didn't get my Mystic Typhoon Deck. Entered the code later when I realised but it said the code was already claimed. Is there anyway for me to get my deck again?

Hi FireFox392,

 

Sometimes there is a short delay between redeeming your code and delivery of the item. Please be sure to check your Collection -> Cards -> Packs for the unopened deck. If it is not there, please submit a ticket to customer support.
