Shop bug

Every time i go the shop, the game crashes and says your connection with the server is lost

help please

Hi Mofistoteles,

 

I recommend completing a full re-installation of the game. You can do so by uninstalling the game, taking care to remove all related files and folders from your computer, and downloading the latest version of the installer from the Pokémon TCG Online homepage.

 

If this doesn't help, please try submitting a ticket to the support team for further investigation. To submit a ticket, simply click the link in my signature, sign in, and click "Ask a Question". Please add as much detail as possible to your inquiry, including the fix I've had you try here and a summary of your system specs (obtainable via DxDiag for Windows or System Profiler for Mac).

already full re-installed the game and i have the same problem :s

tryed to send a ticked and sayed

Insufficient Account Information

Invalid Querystring!

Hi again!

 

This is a known issue and requires you to enter both a first and last name on pokemon.com. You can do this and try again or wait for our team to correct the issue.
