Why are the cards blank

Some of the cards are gray and have a picture of the internet and what I assume is a desktop computer. Can someone tell me why this is?

This image appears when card assets are still being downloaded. We recommend opening up your collection and giving these cards time to load (scrolling through all of them generally helps). The time this may take will vary depending on the speed of your connection.
