I have no problem downloading and re-downloading the game, because I've had to do it about a thousand times. When the servers first went down for maintenance I deleted the game off my computer thinking it was just the file corrupted, and it wasn't until I went to re-download it and I saw that it the game was down for maintenance, and ever since then every time I download the game and install it on to my computer the short cut icons to the game are all discolored. When I try opening the game a pop up window comes up and says "the last time you opened Pokemon trading card game online, it unexpectedly quit while reopening windows. do you want to try to reopen its windows again?" and I click reopen and a problem report window pops up saying "Pokemon trading card game online quit unexpectedly." This has repeatedly happen ever since I first deleted the game by mistake when it first went under maintenance, please help? suggestion? something?

Hello trainer!

Are you sure you have the Mac version downloaded and not the Windows version?

If so, please try the following:

  1. Access your Library folder.
  2. From here, locate the "Saved Application State" folder and open that folder.
  3. See if there are any .savedState files for the Pokemon TCG Online and delete those.

If this doesn't solve your problem or there are no .savedState files, I recommend uninstalling the game, searching your computer for any possible residual Pokémon TCG Online files elsewhere and deleting them, and attempting to download the latest version of the installer from the TCGO homepage once more. The key here is making sure that there are absolutely no leftover TCGO files on your system when you re-install.

And if this still doesn't help, the best course of action would be to submit a ticket to the support team for individual investigation. To submit a ticket, simply click the link in my signature, sign in, and click "Ask a Question". Please include as much detail as possible, including the fixes you've tried and a summary of your system specs (obtainable via System Profiler).

Thanks for your patience! :)
