Packs and Cards Missing from My Collection

I went in to the collection area and the packs I received for my daily logins are missing.

 

Also, when I went to create a trade it shows that I have 0/1 cards available for my Yveltal. But I know I have three different ones because two are from theme decks I purchased online a while back...

 

And, when are promo tin Yveltal EX going to show up as available to trade for?

Issues regarding missing cards and packs have to go through Customer Support. Please click on the link in my signature and use the "Ask a Question" option to submit a ticket, and they will be able to help you out. Please include as much detail as possible in your ticket.
