Private Trade went public!!

Yesterday I set up a private trade with my son to give him 50 packs of XY and a coin in exchange for a nominal card.

My son no longer had the random card I picked (Togekiss) so he sent me a counter offer.

I went to accept the counter offer some time later and found that I could not accept due to insufficient packs. On investigation, it turns out that somehow the private trade had gone public and someone had accepted the trade!! He must have thought all his birthdays had arrived at once. As the messaging system doesn't allow me to contact people who are offline - and I have never seen the recipient of my lost packs online since the "trade"- I cannot even ask him for my cards back. At that point, my son's counter-offer was still showing as open to me. I have had public trades go private at random on many occasions but never before have I had a private trade go public. I am absolutely devastated about this loss. It took me ages to trade up for 50 packs. I have reported this issue under" ask a question" but I feel this is a very serious problem that needs urgent action. I will be satisfied with nothing less than a complete refund of my lost 50 packs due to this glitch on your trading system. Please give this matter your urgent priority as I do not want others to suffer the same kind of anguish that I am currently feeling.

Yours sincerely
