"Print" option does not work.

Under the "deck manager" option, the "print" option does not work. I click the option and nothing happens. I am Running Windows 7 and Dell printer.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues printing! The best course of action would be to request some technical support from our support team regarding this issue. To submit a support ticket, simply click the link in my signature, sign in, and click "Ask a Question".

 

Once here, please add as much detail about your computer and printer as possible, including a DxDiag diagnostic. You can obtain this by searching for and running "DxDiag" on your computer, saving the generated file, and attaching it directly to the ticket.

 

If you find that you're having issues printing anything else on your computer, please contact the manufacturer of your printer and/or computer for more assistance.
