Client Freezes When Clicking On Redeem Codes

I can't redeem my codes because it freezes and won't do anything...

I'm sorry to hear that! If you haven't yet, please try fully uninstalling the game, taking care to remove all related files and folders from your computer, and download the latest version of the installer via the Download button at the top of this page. When running the game, it may also help to close any unnecessary background programs that could be taking up resources.

 

If this doesn't solve your crashing problems, the best course of action is to send a ticket in to the support team. Please add as much detail as possible, including any crash reports or error codes you've received and a summary of your system specs (obtainable via DxDiag for Windows or the System Profiler for Mac).
