Can't trade any of my cards?

i was trying to trade some of my cards and it wouldn't let me so i went to check my collection and to my surprise it says those cards were locked but i opened them from packs i bought from the store then i tried trading some cards that didn't have locks on them and then when they went up for trade they became locked is this a bug or am i not allowed to trade cards?:confused:

From which shop did you obtain the cards? Did you redeem them in-game through Trainer Tokens?

No i used code cards from booster packs for most of my cards and it still wont let me trade.
