Screen name isn't allowed?

Hello there, I have recently signed up for the TCG online and I have set my screen name. However, when I attempt to sign in, it prompts me with a message saying that is doesn't comply with the terms of use. It has no bad language or illegal characters in. It is just one word with two numbers at the end.

 

Can anyone help me? Would be greatly appreciated.
