Cant login!!

Hey guys, im having a little trouble here and most likely im not the only having this, but everytime I type in my info to tcgo login screen, and once i click the 'login' button, it just turns green for about 10 seconds and the button returns to yellow. and it keeps repeating every time and wont allow me to pass through this. It doesnt even get to the authenticate part too. So if anyone knows the problem please help out!

i have the same issue....

 

Every time i type in my password the authenticate park comes up and thats it the game seems to freeze.

My password is 100 % correct and i have no idea whats the problem.

 

2 days ago everything was fine...

I suggest that you try reinstalling the game or running the Refresher.exe file (located in the installation folder of the game).

I tried both but nothing helped.....

 

EDIT:

Seems that its a problem on my PC. I tried to log in on my brothers laptop and it worked.

In that case, our support team may be able to provide some technical support. To submit a ticket, simply click the link in my signature, sign in, and click "Ask a Question". Please add as much detail to your ticket as possible, including a summary of your system specs. You can obtain a file with this information by searching for and running "DxDiag" and saving the generated file.

I'm sorry to hear that! Here's a bit more detail for how to submit a ticket:

• Click the link in my signature
  
• On the top right of the page, there should be a line of text that reads: Welcome Guest. Sign in | Exit
  
• Click the "Sign in" link
  
• Use your pokemon.com credentials to sign in
  
• After signing in, you should be automatically directed to a page that says "My History"
  
• Next to the search bar on the middle of that page, there should be some text that reads: [ All Questions | Ask a Question ]
  
• Click the "Ask a Question" link
  
• Here, you'll add a title and the details of your ticket. Please include as much information as possible.
