No multiplayer or friends

I know this was apparently resolved for accounts created after Feb 1st, but it is not fixed on my end. I cannot play multiplayer online nor add any friends. How can this be fixed?

We have checked your account and Friends / PvP both work from our end. Troubleshooting this issue will require more information.

 

I recommend that you send a dxdiag to Customer Support (link is in my signature).

 

To send a dxdiag file follow the steps below:

 

• On your Windows task bar, click Start.
  
• Select and press "Run" (if you do not see "Run", hold down the "Windows" button on your keyboard and press "R"). A "Run" window should pop up.
  
• In the "Run" window, type "dxdiag" and click "OK". A "DirectX Diagnostic Tool" window should pop up.
  
• In the appeared window choose "Save all information".
  
• After you've saved the file, please attach it to your ticket.
  

If you can include a screenshots of from in game, that would also be helpful.
