tutorial loop for deck manager - mac

everytime i try to go to the deck manager on my macbook it shows me the tutorial. on the last page where you can select options or just skip the tutorial it starts over no matter what i choose so I'm never able to get into the deck manager

 

don't have the problem on my mac mini only on this laptop
