Legendary Treasures Spritomb's sealing scream ability

Sealing scream ability stays active, even when Garbador (LTR 68 I think it was) is in play with tool attached.

I'm pretty sure this is a know bug. Quite alot of players have already reported this bug.

 

Garbotoxin (Legendary Treasures 68)

 

Garbotoxin: "If this Pokémon has a Pokémon Tool card attached to it, each Pokémon in play, in each player's hand, and in each player's discard pile has no Abilities (except for Garbotoxin)."

 

Spiritomb (Legendary Treasures 87)

 

Sealing Scream: "Each player can't play any ACE SPEC cards from his or her hand."
