Bug: Mega Venasaur EX is able to attack Sigilyph

Can we please get this fixed? I've lost two games now to people who think its funny to exploit this bug. He plays a whole team of EX pokemon and wins the game by using Mega Venasaur EX to KO my Sigilyph. There was no Garbodor on the field both times this has happened, although Garbodor was on the field earlier in the game (I dont' know if this is causing the bug) but I had knocked it out prior to my Sigilyph being KO'd.

 

 

Another bug while i'm at it:

 

Spiritomb's ability is still in effect even after its taken off the field. I still can't play my ace spec after I use Cassius to pick it up or its KO'd and in the discard.
