I am beginning to think the moderators are auto response bots. I keep reading open a ticket for issues and i have had one open since the 15th with no change in status of the ticket and no response of any kind. Also in every thread I have read about technical issues all anyone is told is open a ticket open a ticket. Whats the point of a ticket if no one is handling them. this is really ******* me off.

There are certain issues that cannot be resolved on the forums, for whatever reason. It may have to do with the support team needing sensitive information that shouldn't be posted on the forums or something we need to investigate before we can offer you a fix.
