Matches don't finish when no prizes

I am not sure if this is a known bug or if anyone else experienced it.

It happened to me 2 times, different Pokemon.

After I drew all prizes for both times on PvP, the statistic panel didn't show up to indicate that I have won the match.

Instead nothing happens and the clocks for both players are still running.

This is not a huge bug but it's quite annoying.

I've experienced this problem. Here is what I think is happening.

When the losing player has 2 Pokemon remaining and their Active Pokemon gets KO'ed, the code automatically brings up the lone Benched Pokemon to the Active spot. This action happens any time a player has 2 Pokemon on the field and the Active gets KO'ed. On the contrary, if a Player has 2 or more Pokemon on their Bench, the code prompts the Player to choose 1 among the Benched Pokemon to promote to the Active spot. In the first case, the code automatically does it for the player since they only have 1 Pokemon on the Bench. I believe the problem arises at the end of the game. I believe this auto-select feature interferes with (or maybe even bypasses) the code that determines if a win condition has been achieved.

Here's how the bug showed up in my most recent game. I had Deoxys-EX Active, my opponent had Bouffalant Active with 2 Fairy Energies attached. I used Helix Force dealing 70 damage ("90 - 20" for Bouffalant ability) plus Hypnotoxic Laser with Virbank City Gym in play adding 30 damage in between turns. The auto-select function brought up his Panpour, and then it gave me my remaining prize. And then the clock began to countdown to 0:00 and still remained 8 mins after the clock hit 0:00 before the game showed the game stats dialog box.

I have 3 screen shots that show this if you need to see them, but these forums won't allow attachments and Copy-Pasting these pictures exceeds the character limit. Hope this helps.

You can always use Pokémon Support and send a bug-report. You can add files and screenshots to your ticket if you submit this problem through Pokémon Support. I've use that way for bugs and problems many times, most of the times you get a response faster then on forum.
