Maybe you could try unlocking the 3 decks from the Trainer Challenge? It looks like Basic Green would especially be useful, since it has more Serperiors.

 

I'm only assuming you haven't unlocked them yet since it looks like you've got a 1-1-1 Serperior line; otherwise, except in extreme "tech" cases, you generally want to run at least 2 of the basic, and in this case probably 2 of the stage 1, even though you've got 1 Rare Candy. But it might be worth cutting some other Pokemon in order to focus on something like multiple Serperior.
