First time trying to run ptcgo

Just got back into playing to actual tcg and wanted to play online as well , i have downloaded and installed the game but when i get to the login screen and put in my username and password nothing happens no error codes or anything I cant get past the login screen at all, when i try to login nothing happens it doesnt do anything. I looked at a couple post for answers and did what most suggested and submitted a ticket and have gotten no response :confused: can anyone help a fella out with a possible solution??

Hi guys,

 

I recommend sending in a ticket to the Support Team for this issue. They'll be able to help pinpoint what's going on for your individual accounts.

 

We can't get very specific here on the forums here, so if downloading and updating drivers, making sure your connection is secure, removing all traces of the game from your computer and downloading to a different folder then re-installing doesn't work, you'll get much more detailed assistance from the Support Team.

 

You can send the Support Team a ticket using the link in my signature. Make sure to give them as much detail as you can as well as a copy of your DXDiag log or equivalent if possible if you find you need their help.

guys i just resolve this, just keep selecting the login until it lets you play, that is what i did yesterday and it let me play

Well its been two weeks since my first ticket and still no response to this issue. I tried to just keep hitting login and nothing happens, no error messages no incorrect login messages, nothing. uninstalled then re-installed multiple times and still nothing. since no ones taking care of the submitted tickets I really wish i could get a solid answer on how to fix this issue as it seems im not the only one thats having a problem.
