Cannot PVP and got no one to add

I just start playing these few days as I cant play with human player, my only option is play with NPC,

 

getting boring since npc always do the same moves,

 

PVP even try with my friend, both fail here,

 

the buddy icon option cannot be clicked and the message icon also in grey.

problem solve, this thread can be close, after I write a bug, which I dont know why,

 

I just test playing this midnight and suddenly all function are working, haha
