Porygon2. Its very tanky and its movepool is very diverse. Put an Eviolite on it and you got yourself a very bulky and hard hitting Pokemon

Are we talking Pokémon in General, Trading Card or Anime (Serie)? That's a difficult question.

 

I think in the Anime there are alot of opinions... these are just from the top of my head... Ash's Charizard, Ash's Picachu (sometimes he is weaksauce... and a second later he's a super saiyan), Lance's Dragonite, Mega Mewtwo, Mega Blaziken, Reshiram, Victini, Rayquaza... to many choices.

 

...in General possibly Arceus.

 

Hmm... in current state of the Trading Card Game I'd say Mewtwo EX and Yveltal EX such power houses.

 

Although one Pokémon doesn't win you tournaments... it's the overall deck or team in case you play the videogame!
