Does Conceding Count As Winning?

Hello, this is my first post, not sure if this is the right place to ask this question. Anyway I run a lock deck so my opponent normally concedes when I've set up my lock. Does a concede count as a normal win? If it does how much time has to pass? Thank you very much for your time in answering my questions.

If your opponent concedes it counts as a normal win for you. I think the time is around 4-5 minutes but I'm not completely sure.
