The game was in maintenance until approximately 12:40pm PST. You should be able to log into the game now.

I open my PTCG and it start updating then ... the refresher.exe opens.... after it finished I start the PTCG and .... it start the refresher again ... this loop never stop .... done it 7x... HELP !!
