i dont understand why everytime i redeem xy codes it said server error...

it make me really stress man.

I really dont know how to continue redeem codes anymore if this keep on happen to me

Make sure your connection and drivers are installed and updated. If your issue persists, send a ticket to the Support Team with some of the codes you had an issue with. The team should be able to pinpoint what's happening for you.

 

You can also try a clean install by removing all traces of the game from your computer and re-downloading the client to a different folder than before. Then install from that folder and re-launch the game.

Hmm okay after I've reinstall the game seems worse.

I can't get into the game at all, the moment I hit login after typing my username and password,

it show me logging in for a min.

 

Then ,after awhile it only me the FANTASTIC background for few hours and I'm still not log in, very nice indeed.

So yeah, now I can't even log in.

REINSTALL 3 times still the same.

Only Customer Support can help you to redeem your codes if you are having issues with them. Please submit a ticket by clicking on the link in my signature and using the "Ask a Question" feature. Please include the codes that you are unable to redeem, and if possible, include a picture of the code cards.

 

In regard to the login issue, please shut down unnecessary background programs (web browsers, word processor, etc.) before loading up TCGO.

 

You can also try lowering your desktop resolution to see if it helps -- right click on your desktop and select Screen Resolution. If this allows you to login to the game, please change your in-game settings to Performance -> Fastest, and try turning off your Playmat animations.
