User Experience team and usability testing?

Does the PTCGO group have a UX team? I was wondering if the design team does any usability testing before releases. It feels like whoever is designing the game is doing so blindly without feedback from the community. The last major release is fraught with problems and the usability seems to have taken a step back. I don't want to assume anything but designing a game based within the vacuum of your own company is a bad idea. I'd be shocked if the if the feedback you got supported the release of 2.17.239.

It is strange to me that they've gone so far as to take essential features completely out of the game, which would only make sense NEVER, unless they just weren't able to implement the features into the new interface completely yet without issue. We'll have to wait and see if these things are put back in in future releases.

I've wondered the same thing Kleebaker. It certainly doesn't feel like it. A lot of people I know just stopped inputting their codes and have abandoned the game until the next patch because of this recent update.
