The game took my credits and didn't give me what I redeemed

I had 98 credits, I redeemed 95 for a XY booster and nothing happened. I tried again, and the game said I didn't have enough credits. I restarted it and now I have 3 credits but not a new booser. What should I do?

 

Sorry if I was supposed to post this somewhere else, I didn't find this problem around.

I'm sorry to hear that! There can sometimes be a delay with redemption, so your pack could show up in a little while. If you still haven't received your item within 24 hours, please submit a ticket to the support team so they can take a closer look at the problem.
