Cannot Download Windows Client

I'm running Windows 7, and no matter what browser I try to use to download the Windows .msi client, the download never finishes, or even starts for that matter. In IE, Chrome, and Firefox, the download shows up, but no data is actually downloaded. Oddly enough, I can download the Mac .dmg file from the server; it's just the Windows .msi file that won't download.

 

I double checked my security settings, even going as far as to disable Avast Antivirus completely on my machine (the only security software I have installed)- and it still won't download. I have administrative rights on my machine too; this is the only download that has ever given me trouble before, and I'm still able to download anything else to my machine (including your own Mac download). I tried saving to another directory, and that didn't work either.
