Avatar items not appearing in Avatar-Creator!

Hello fellow trainer.

 

Today I started to play again because of the new update and stumbled on a problem in the Avatar-Creator (in-game). It seems that alot of my Avatar items don't appear in the Avatar Creator, one of which is my Avatar Male PLAY! Pokémon Cap Hat this makes me really sad... because I see it in my Collection (in-game) but not in the Avatar-Creator... now I can't wear it.

 

Also the Avatar Male Aviator Glasses Face Prop doesn't show in the Avator-Creator... it only show on the female part...but I bought the male one on the Pokémon website for 100 tokens.

 

Another problem is that some items appear on the Pokémon-Website-Creator but not in the in-game Creator. Like my Santa Hat I can select it on the Pokémon-Website-Creator, but not in-game. Really strange!

 

... Please fix this I wanna wear my items!

I recommend submitting a ticket to the support team with a full list of items you think you may be missing. As some of these may not have made it into the game yet, we'll have to take a look at all of the items in question. To submit a ticket, simply click the link in my signature, sign in, and click "Ask a Question". Please include any other relevant information, such as any avatar items that may have been present in the game before this latest update and are now missing.
