Unable to redeem codes

Whenever i attempt to enter codes in the shop the game fails to register the code but if i enter it a second time it will state that the code has been submitted already.If i leave the shop and reenter it the same thing continues to happen.

 

 

After re installing the client my codes are working properly, thank you for the help.

Hi Kaitozerox,

 

It may be possible that the codes were redeemed and the items were added to your account with some kind of delay. If you still have not received your items and your codes still aren't working within 24 hours of your original attempt, please send a ticket in to the support team so they can look into this issue further. To submit a ticket, simply click the link in my signature, sign in, and click "Ask a Question". Please include as much detail as possible and have your codes ready in case the support team needs them.
