My mouse doesn´t work

Hi , first i want to tell you that i am mexican and my english is not so good :S .... but the thing is this i did double click on the icon of Pokemontcg then appears the window to login , i wrote my username my password and click enter , .... so de window of the game appears the game starts but in the step where you gave me a 15 tokens or a buster pack so i want to click `` OK ´´ but my mouse doesn´t exist :S , dont appear in the screen and my mouse works 100% in other games so i dont know why doesn´t work in this :S , and that`s it , that`s is where i wait until my mouse appear or works :S , but doesnt happen :S

Hi gibraan10! This sounds like it could be a resolution problem. I recommend right-clicking the Pokémon TCG Online icon on your desktop, clicking "Properties", clicking the Compatibility tab, and clicking "Run in 640 x 480 screen resolution". This should allow you to access the game and use your mouse to change the screen resolution via the Options menu (the button with the two gears symbol). Good luck, and thanks for your patience!
