Help!!How do I treat those time wasting guy

Hi everyone,I am hereby to report a player who is disrespectful during a game.For your information,I can beat him within 5minutes waiting for my last move.However, during his turn, he is repeating his move for the rest of the 20minutes.After some considering,I decided to record his awful style at the 14minutes +.At the 11minutes,I stopped recording as this really consumed loads of space of my memory and resume at the last 3minutes.Besides,I do recorded down the gamelog.This guy really ****** me off.If anyone of you face him,pls report him if he make the same move again.His name is [Removed - posting player information on the forums is not permitted. -Prof. Poplar].
