Hi banana-12,

 

I first recommend checking your video and audio drivers to make sure that they're fully up to date and updating them if not.

 

If this doesn't help, other options include setting the performance of the game to "Fastest", putting it in windowed mode or 1024x768 resolution, running an antivirus/malware scan to remove any harmful software, and closing any other programs that could be slowing down the game.

 

If you're still having issues, fully uninstalling the game is your best bet. Make sure you remove all related files and folders from your computer, and grab the latest installer from http://www.pokemontcg.com/download.
