All cards are locked even from 15 card booster packs

My friend told me that i should be able to trade any cards i get from fifteen card booster packs. I cannot mark them for trade and they show up as locked. I am not sure if this is true or not because i am new to the game. If it is not true can you tell me how to unlock the cards.

Just curious to where you got 15 card booster packs? The average booster has 10 cards and the redemption in the store are 5. j

i think what he is saying is that he has 15, card boosters... or 15 booster packs...

Where were these packs obtained? Were they redeemed with tokens?

I got the same Problem. I started 3 Days ago, and all my cards are locked (so i cannot trade). I also got 5 booster packs ( á la 10 cards) and they are also not unlockable ( untradeable).

 

Can anybody help please?

Cards obtained via the Daily Log-In Bonus, Trainer Tokens, or Trainer Challenge prizes cannot be traded. If you've obtained cards via gems or booster credits and cannot trade them, I recommend submitting a ticket to the support team.
