Dewott Bug

Every time I use Dewott's (Legendary Treasures) Aqua Tail the game seems to freeze up and neither player can make a move.

We were unable to replicate this. If you could provide more information, we can investigate further. Does this ever happen with other Pokémon that require multiple coin flips in an attack? Around how many Water energies do you have attached to Dewott when you experience this?

 

It's highly likely that this is an individual crashing issue, in which case you can try the fixes below:

 

If you're using Windows 8.1, please review this thread regarding 8.1 crashing, as well as this announcement.

 

If you're using an OS other than Windows 8.1, I recommend first doing a full uninstall of the game, taking care to remove all related files and folders from your computer. Then, grab the latest version of the installer from http://www.pokemontcg.com/download.

Please include as much detail as possible, including the fix I've had you try, and a summary of your system specs (obtainable via DxDiag for Windows or System Profiler for Mac).
