If you haven't already checked, they might be in the Packs tab of your Collection. Redeemed and purchased online products go their awaiting opening or trade if eligible.


If you've checked and the packs aren't there, send a ticket to the Support Team, they'll be able to look into it more thoroughly. You can send them a ticket by following the link in my signature.
