Consistent crashing on Win8 computer

Recommended Posts

I have windows 8.1 installed and had issues both before and after installation of 8.1. The game worked just fine on windows 7 so I am just wondering...when will a patch be out to make the online game run efficiently on windows 8.1?

I too have this issue, only occurred since 8.1 update as far as I'm aware. Irritating because I can run fine (if laggy) on a 4 year old laptop running vista, but not a gaming laptop... Compatibility update soon?

Hello trainers!

For the users experiencing this issue on Windows 8.1, please check out this thread regarding 8.1 and follow the instructions given there.

For Windows 8 crashing, I first recommend fully uninstalling the game and re-installing the latest version of the installer from http://www.pokemontcg.com/download.

If you're still experiencing this issue after re-installation, I recommend sending a ticket in to the support team. You can do this by clicking the link in my signature, signing in, and clicking "Ask a Question". Please add as much detail as possible, including a summary of your system specs (obtainable via the DxDiag program).

Thanks for your patience!
