Game Crash when Trade

Hi Talges,

 

It would be incredibly helpful if you could list the OS you're using. I've seen this issue most often with Windows 8, for which the game is not yet optimized.

 

If you're on an OS other than Windows 8, you can try doing a clean uninstall of the game (directions located on the FAQ page). After making sure all files are removed from your computer (including any in the App Data, LocalLow, and Roaming folders), download the latest version of client from the website using a browser other than Google Chrome. (Chrome has been known to cause problems with the download.) When prompted, it may help to save your Pokémon TCG Online folder under a different directory than the default recommendation and name it something other than the default name.

Please add a summary of your system specs, obtainable via the DxDiag program (for Windows) or System Profiler (for Mac), as well as any other relevant details.
