Can't use friends list and notifications!

So i was playing this game and wanted to play against a friend but the friends list dosnt work, its grayed out so i cant click it same for notifications. The trade and other like review pages are all blank and i dont see anyone online. I can play against other players via PVP but i cant see anything. I also appear offline on my friends list. And when i get a notification its there for a sec and then just disapers. If anyone found a solution to this would be great cuz i also sent a bug report but got a answer they dont do with this kind of bugs.

Your Screen Name was rejected by the profanity filter on Pokemon.com so all of your chat features are disabled. Go to Pokemon.com, log into your account and click Edit Profile. Enter a new Screen Name and click the Save button. The next time you log into the game or the forums you should be able to access the chat features.
