cant load it keeps crashing help!!!!!

when i load it up it crashes how do i fix this

Please try doing a full uninstall (instructions are on this page) and then re-installing the newest client under a new directory with a new file name. If the problem persists, please submit a ticket to the support team using the link in my forum signature.
