Game goes into black screen when opening Trainer Challenge

Today I logged on and went into Trainer Challenge but when I click "START!" the game freezes up and then goes to black screen. I uninstalled and reinstalled using IE but the same thing happens. Does anyone know how to fix this?

This sounds like it might be a problem with your hardware and/or software. Please check to make sure that your computer meets the minimum system requirements, located on the FAQ page under "How Do I Install/Uninstall the Pokémon TCG Online for Windows/Mac?".

 

If your computer meets these requirements, it would be a good idea to send a ticket in to the support team. You can do this by clicking the link in my signature, signing in, and clicking "Ask a Question". Please add as much detail as possible, including screenshots if you have them. Attaching a summary of your system specs, which you can obtain via the DxDiag program (for Windows) or the System Profiler (for Mac), would be incredibly helpful as well.
