Parent Account Management

Thanks for getting my M child account friended with the parent account. I will now try to trade with her and this will make her happy.

 

My other child’s account A seems to be in a very limited state. I thought I had opened all options in pokemon.com but his account seems to be in a very restricted state. Is the current state correct? We also don’t seem to be friended but that may be a side effect of the option state in TCG. If I need to open something on the main site please tell me and I will.

Please send a ticket in to the support team so they can look into your accounts for you. To send a ticket, click the link in my signature, sign in, and click "Ask a Question". Please include any pertinent information, such as your children's accounts and the issues you are experiencing on the account in question. If possible, any screenshots you can provide would be helpful as well.
