A reward for completing 36 wins with a Deck in Trainer Challenge

In the game, it keeps track of how many wins you get, up to 36 wins. From what I hear though, players who reach 36 wins do not get any rewards for doing so, which leads to the question: Why is it there?

 

I'd like to make a suggestion for a prize for players who do get 36 wins for a particular deck: Grant that player access to the old basic HG/SS Deck (the ones players used to get for the Trainer Challenge before the current format) of the corresponding element that they reached 36 wins in. If not that, then at least something for reaching that much.

 

Those who weren't part of the PTCO early on would never have had access to these old decks. Even I myself only have access to the Fire one as it was the only one I unlocked a long time ago. A lot of new players have a hard enough time getting cards as it is and getting access to both basic Fire decks would allow them a better deck that they can use against others (in Unlimited anyway). It will also give them a few more choices for grinding those 30000 points to get the other locked packs.

 

In any case, just a suggestion that came to me when hearing people say they aren't getting anything for reaching 36, which makes it seem pointless that the game bothers to track 36 in the first place.

I actually grinded for quite some time to get 36 wins with the fire deck only to find out...nothing happens.

I'd like any kind of reward for the 36 wins! It makes no sense keeping score if it means nothing.

I have to agree too, after realizing it had no point with the first theme deck I decided to give up on the other 2 and just get the 30k booster pack reward.

I agree, was disappointed to learn there werent any rewards for that.

I'd hope that this would be backwards-compatible for people who've already done it, as well.

 

And for people who have 36/36 for HGSS decks, they should get a cool bonus card like Birthday Pikachu, but as a trophy and not a useful prize- simply the reward for doing it.
