Mac user, TCGO crashes and won't start

The game was installing the most recent update when it crashed my computer. I deleted and reinstalled as I do /every/ time there is an update because the refresher is garbage. Now, I try to open TCGO, it gives me the "this program crashed last time. Would you like to reopen?" Window. If I reopen, it crashes and tells me to send a report. If I don't reopen, it still doesn't work. This is ridiculous. 2008 iMac, OS X Mountain Lion. Have never had a problem like this before.

^^ Currently facing the same issue as Natakazam. Encountered the issue in the past, but the game worked again after doing a reinstallation. This time however, reinstallation doesn't seem to be working at all. Would love to hear a solution for this problem :)

Taken from another thread:

Skipsabn: I had the same problem on a new MacBook Air. What worked for me was to open the download package and drag the "game" and the "refresher" into the APPLICATIONS folder. It seemed to be stuck looking for the refresher patch program in the applications folder. Works like a champ now! Hope that helps!

If anyone is still experiencing this issue, please email Customer Support (link is in my signature) with a snapshot of your system to assist the team in researching this issue.

1. Go to Applications > Utilities > System Profiler/Information

2. When the application has finished compiling the data, click File and then Save/Save As...

3. Save the file to your desktop as a .txt or .xml file

Once you've got this information, please attach it to this ticket so that we can pass it along to the development team.

Thanks!
