THEME DECK TOURNAMENT

The Tournament has started! The pairings have been fixed - see below.

GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE!

Welcome to the Theme Deck Tournament! As the title says only Theme decks are allowed in this Tournament. First you must say your time zone and register your Theme Deck. Maybe you could PM me and say which Theme Deck you are using to prevent strategy building. The Tournament will be in pairings. I will use a random number generator to pair. Rules and Basics are below:

 

Do not use Plasma Storm or Plasma Freeze Theme Decks. Only Non-Plasma Theme Decks are allowed.

If you have any complaint about any player then PM me.

If you have any question about this Tournament then PM in that case as well.

If you disconnect you will lose unless your opponent accepts your rematch.

All Theme Decks except Plasma Themes are allowed. The same Theme Deck twice or thrice isn't allowed. Don't register a Theme Deck which has been registered by someone first. Only one kind of Theme Deck per player. There are 16 Theme Decks available online currently. So I am accepting 10-12 players in this Tournament.

There will be three rounds. First round 4 players will be eliminated, second round another 4 players will be eliminated leaving only 4 more players. These players will go into a semi-final match and the winner from both matches will duel at the final. This is the fist one so not such a good prize. And this really doesn't harness your deck-building skills.

Frequently Asked Questions:

 

1.Why not Plasma Storm or Freeze Theme Decks?

Answer: Plasma Theme decks are too strong. And those decks can easily defeat any other Non-Plasma Theme Deck. Someone using an early Theme deck against a Plasma Theme Deck will not have a chance. So, to make it balanced in power I am not allowing Plasma Theme Decks, and as we all know Plasma Pokemon are very stronger than their normal counterparts. And the Plasma Theme Decks have their own unique Trainer/Supporter cards, which are strong. And I don't want any Hypnotoxic Lasers here so I didn't allow Plasma Themes. The Theme Decks of Plasma Storm have Hypnotoxic Lasers which are banned and Plasma Freeze have the dark eeveelutions, which I think are really stronger than their normal counterparts.

You will be given two and a half days to find your opponent. If you do not find your opponent within two and a half days, I will flip a coin to determine the winner. Good luck to everyone!
