Cards From a Deck that I got from Trading is Locked!

Hey Profs!

I did not get aware that it has been 3-4 Months ago when I got a Theme Deck Named VERDANT FROST from Trading,when I opened there was a Flash and suddenly it disappeared.I looked everywhere in my Collection but no NEW cards where there.I submitted a ticket and got my deck back.But suddenly today I realized that the Cards from That deck are untradeable.I don't know whether it is a bug or something else.Can't I trade Cards from my Theme Decks?

This is a matter for the support team to handle. Please submit a new ticket via the support portal, and they will look into this for you. Please add as much detail as possible to your inquiry, including the ticket number of your original ticket.
