chat problems

hi, im having some chat problems, first when i created the account they already was on open, insted of limited, now even if i move on account menu, i dont have chat nor adding a friend, but on the account i used to test that i have, i when created was on limited, and this account i cant change from guest to my name and other i could

Pokemon.com bounces all screen names off of our chat filtering software. If there's a match to an entry on the blacklist, it deletes the screen name from the account, blocks you from in-game chat and gives you a "Guest" name on the forums.

 

Log into pokemon.com with your account and go to the Edit Profile page. Enter a new screen name and click the save button. Once you've entered a screen name that passes the blacklist check, your issues should clear up.

one problem how im in blacklist if this is my first account on pokemon, my username can be used but on screenname i cant

User Name is never publicly displayed, so it is not subject to the filter check. Screen Name is publicly displayed, so we make sure you don't put anything naughty in there.
