I can't ask a question or submit a ticket

I can't submit a ticket or ask a question at the customers support place.When I type in the mail and post the e-mail address it says 'Please Enter a Valid Email Address' and doesn't even let me send a ticket.I know that my E-mail address is valid.I have no prob with my E-mail.Does anyone know a solution for this?

Hi Calvin Cool,

 

When you visit the support portal (Link found in my signature) there should be a sign in button toward the upper right corner of the screen. If you log in there the system should automatically find your e-mail address so that you won't need to manually fill it in.

 

If you are still unable to submit a ticket, you can alternatively send us a message at techhelp@pokemon.com
